Nicholas Peter Cruz LLB TEP, founder member of Cruz & Co, was born in Gibraltar and educated at
Worth Abbey in the United Kingdom. He studied law and graduated from
Kingston University in Surrey before becoming a member of Middle Temple
Inn of Court. He completed his studies at the Council of Legal Education
in Chancery Lane, London, and was subsequently called to the Bar of
England and Wales. He returned to Gibraltar in 1989 and was subsequently
called to the Bar of Gibraltar.
He has practised law in Gibraltar ever since, concentrating on Trust,
Company, Admiralty, Conveyancing, Commercial and Civil Litigation.
Nicholas was a founder member of the Bar Council Conveyancing Committee.
He is a trust and estate practitioner and served as the Chairman of the Association
of Trust and Company Managers (ATCOM), and a member of the
Gibraltar Finance Centre Council, a Government policy advisory committee
for nearly 3 years.
He remains on the Board of Directors of ATCOM. Nicholas is an overseas
member of the Clerksroom, Barristers Chambers, Taunton, Somerset and the founder member and principle partner of
Balms & Cruz Morocco.

Paul Louis Borge, BA (Hons) was born in London and educated at Worth Abbey
in the United Kingdom. He read law at Derby University then joined the
Honourable Society of Gray's Inn before completing his professional studies
at the Inns of Court School of Law, London. He was Called to the Bar of
England and Wales in 1998 and called to the Gibraltar Bar in the same year.
Paul joined local chambers where he undertook pupilage and joined
Cruz & Co as an associate in 1999. He subsequently spent four years
with another leading firm before taking partnership at Cruz & Co in
2004. His main practice areas are company and commercial law, private
client and civil litigation.

Serge Gilbert Garcia was born in Gibraltar, educated in
the Gibraltar Grammar School and Manchester University where he read
Economics. He remained in the United Kingdom for the earlier part of
his career working with Lombard Marine Finance. The opening of the
Gibraltar land frontier with Spain brought about a considerable growth
in the Financial Centre and soon after the establishment of Banco
Espanol de Credito SA, a subsidiary of Banco Santander.
Serge returned to Gibraltar to take over as Chief Executive of the
Services Department of the bank, providing Corporate Foundations, Trusts,
Estate Management, and International Tax Services. Subsequently Serge
joined Deloitte & Touche, once again as Chief Executive of their
Services Department. He remained there until he established Acquarius
Trust Company Limited in cooperation with the legal firm of Cruz & Co.
Serge is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators,
a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and a
Trust and Estate Practitioner. He has been the Chairman of the Association
of Trust and Companies Managers and a member of the Gibraltar Financial
Centre Council.

Joseph E A ("Pepe") Vaughan MBE MIPR was born in
Gibraltar in
1926 and educated at Ilminster Grammar School Somerset. In 1943 Pepe joined
the forces and served in the Fleet Air Arm. After the war Pepe followed a
long successful career in Government opting for early retirement from his position as
Director of Tourism in 1983. His service was recognised in 1970
by Her Majesty the Queen and he was awarded an MBE. In 1983 Pepe established
a Trust and Company Management Company fully licensed by the Financial
Services Commission and which he recently sold.
He has been Chairman of the Association of Company Trust Managers and
a member of the Financial Centre Advisory. He has joined Messrs Cruz
& Co as Property Marketing Consultant which chiefly involves real
estate sales and commercial development in Gibraltar, Spain and in
particular the Costa del Sol.

Moira T. Bossino LLB (Hons) was born in 1967 and educated in
Gibraltar in the Loreto Convent, Westside Girls Comprehensive and the College of
Further Education. She worked in Tourism and Transport before moving to London
to read law at Westminster University .She is a member of Middle Temple Inn of
Court. She completed her studies at the College of Law in London and was called
to the Bar of England and Wales and in Gibraltar in 2004.

Kerrin Michael Drago, LLB (Hons) was born in London and educated in
Gibraltar until the age of eighteen. He finished reading for a Law Degree at
Kingston University in Surrey in 2002, after which he became a member of Middle
Temple Inn of Court. He went on to obtain a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional
Legal Skills at Inns of Court School of Law in Chancery Lane, London. He was
called to the Bar of England and Wales in July 2003 and was thereafter called to
the Bar of Gibraltar during the same year.
His main practice areas are Civil
Litigation, Commercial Law, Admiralty, Employment, Personal Injury and Conveyancing.
